Canada 2011 Fundraising Pub Quiz
Please come along and support our PUB QUIZ at the White Hart, Calow on Thursday 31st March, commencing at 20.30.
Entry is £3 per person, payable on the night which also include supper kindly provided by The White Hart.
Many thanks to Dylan Howells for designing the posters, Michael Mayall for organising the event and to the White Hart for agreeing to host the evening (plus run the quiz and ptrovide the supper) This event is aimed specifically at helping the Scouts achieve their target to enable a delegation of young people from our group visit Canada this summer. As the trip draws rapidly closer we will be holding a number of events to help reach our target. Following recent news on exchange rates and the information on rising costs in Canada we are having work even harder to enable those making the trip, to enjoy all the activities available. The next few months are key to the success of the trip, it will be very hard work but we will give it everything to give the young people of our group the full benefit of this fantastic opportunity.
Please support this event!
